While some of us may be more vulnerable than others, we all confront problems in life that might negatively affect our mental health. People who have mental illness feel left out from their friends and family. And it can be difficult for them to work at their best.
The event aims to bring different industries to battle and mobilize efforts to support mental health awareness. CBE and Face Your Fears work together to help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness by promoting help-seeking behaviors and emotional support
Participants will embark on a comprehensive 12-week training camp, designed to challenge and inspire growth.
Over the course of the program, they’ll train alongside professional athletes, guided by experienced coaches ensuring expert supervision.
The camp includes dynamic group sessions, personalised training plans, and dedicated one-on-one boxing sessions to maximize performance and skill development.
Be part of a powerful movement that combines fitness, camaraderie, and mental health awareness. This event not only challenges you physically but also empowers you to break the stigma surrounding mental illness and encourage others to seek the help they need. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the mental well-being of our communities.
Our Boxing Events usually consist of 10-15 bouts of 3 × 2 minute rounds with 1-minute rest in between. All the bouts follow the WA Combat Sports Commission rules and regulations.
